Refund Policy

Refunds will be granted within the first two practices from the date of payment. To request a refund, the member must notify the club management in writing via email or written letter. After the second practice, no refunds will be provided. Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis. Membership is valid for the specified period as outlined in the membership agreement. Memberships may be renewed upon expiration, subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal. N.O.C.A.P. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in writing. By purchasing a membership with N.O.C.A.P, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
